Worlds worth defending.
We create dark, atmospheric worlds shaped by meaningful combat, unforgettable encounters and a little light in the darkness. Our first game, The Last Warden, is taking shape.
Some worlds are worth the last stand.
The Last Warden is a dark-fantasy action-defense game where hero abilities, companions and tactical positioning determine whether the ward survives another wave.

IChoose your Warden
Take the battlefield as Corin the warrior, Wren the archer or Liora the caster. Each hero brings different abilities, timing and decisions to every encounter.
IISurvive the roads
Protect the Lantern Ward across campaign encounters, face enemy formations and learn to read dangerous ground and readable combat telegraphs.
IIIEarn allies and Guardians
Pets accompany heroes. Rescued helpers and Guardians expand your tactical options, with encounter-specific support in late-region boss fights.
IVChallenge the world bosses
Optional lairs add multi-stage threats, environmental counters and progression rewards. Later regions introduce new allies with roles in the encounter's mechanics.
Five regions.
A thousand ways to fall.
From the Red-Tusk Warband to storm-ruled highlands and industrial furnaces, each region brings its own encounter language. The current local build includes five developed regions; the public release is still ahead.
Not renders of a promise.

All images below are genuine development-build captures. The world is still evolving, and every build brings new detail.

Progress you can actually see.
From the first campaign systems to a living woodland menu, redesigned 3D characters, and two completely new regions - the project has grown through iterative builds, review and engineering work.
The foundation
Three regions, boss lairs, town, progression and the original animated studio identity.
The visual leap
More expressive heroes, moving woodland menus, regional art revision and a native 3D story opening.
A bigger world
Regions four and five, more world bosses, helpers, Guardians and environmental systems.
Engineering the impossible.
Game development is a thousand choices. Our workflow combines human-led creative direction, original asset production, hands-on testing and AI-assisted software engineering - including Claude for code investigation, iteration and technical review.
